SRV’s Code of Conduct provides a sustainable basis for all activities. By acting responsibly, SRV ensures that it continues to be regarded as a trusted and desirable partner among clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Our values and Code of Conduct guide all our actions.
SRV’s Code of Conduct defines the principles that guide decision-making and behaviour in every situation. The obligation to follow the Code of Conduct applies to all SRV companies, Board members, management and employees, regardless of position. SRV also requires third parties — such as subcontractors and other partners — to commit to the Code of Conduct. This commitment is primarily implemented by including the Supplier Code of Conduct in contract documentation:

SRV has a confidential ethics channel that enables employees and stakeholders to report any suspected violations of legislation, SRV’s values or the Code of Conduct. Reports can be submitted either with a name or anonymously. The ethics channel is operated and maintained by an independent service provider. SRV’s Compliance team further strengthens adherence to requirements across the organisation.
All reports submitted in good faith are investigated impartially. SRV ensures that employees who make a report in good faith face no adverse work-related consequences. The reporter’s identity is handled confidentially, respecting the level of anonymity they choose. Reports can be submitted through the online link.
