SRV’s material sustainability topics guide operations and development across the entire Group. Sustainability is structured around environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions, which are closely linked to the company’s strategy and business objectives.
Within environmental responsibility, the key themes are climate change mitigation, circular economy and material efficiency, and the promotion of biodiversity. Social responsibility focuses on a safe working environment, employee well-being and competence, and the development of customer satisfaction. Good governance covers responsible business practices, ethical conduct, value chain management, as well as responsible procurement and subcontracting.
