Tikkurila Viides apartments now for sale

Flats in the Tikkurila Viides building are now available to buy. Tikkurila Viides is part of Tikkurila’s new town-centre development right in the heart of the district. The building will be located on the southern edge of the new development on Unikkotie, and the flats will have pleasant views across either a peaceful courtyard or the quiet road outside. In addition to compact studio flats, the building will have one-bedroom flats with dual-aspect living rooms and two-bedroom flats with living rooms stretching across the width of the building. Resident parking will be provided in an underground car park accessible from the foyer.

Tikkurila train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, and local amenities include a number of high-street retailers as well as a shopping centre called Dixi nearby. The most unique feature of the new development will be a boldly designed green roof. The external walls will be mainly handset brickwork with a neutral colour scheme on the façade and warm terracotta in the courtyard.

Tikkurila is undergoing a major regeneration programme, and the new town-centre development is one of the symbols of the district’s rebirth. The striking design is guaranteed to become one of Tikkurila’s most famous landmarks.

You can find everything you need within walking distance. The train station, the shopping centre Dixi, agencies, health services, schools and day care centres and the pleasant outdoor recreation areas on the riverside. We present the options in a separate Decoration Options brochure. The selections need to be done by May 20, 2021.

Car parks are placed under the new block and they are sold seperately. See the the brochure from the link below. The prices of the car parks are shown in the downloadable pricelist.

A shared car will be reserved for the use of the block’s housing cooperatives. It is an economical and worry-free alternative for private cars, and it makes mobility even easier and more environmentally friendly.
