Systematic approach to quality
At SRV, quality is part of our everyday work. It is not a separate element but an integral part of all core areas of a construction project, guided by our management system. Our management system is built around the SRV Model — our way of working. It provides the foundation for value creation, and everyone at SRV is committed to working in accordance with it.
We want to deliver quality for our clients, and our customer promise is: “By listening, we build wisely.” It is important for us to monitor how well we succeed in meeting this promise. For this reason, we conduct customer satisfaction surveys with all our clients at regular intervals throughout the project.
Certified management system
We continuously improve our operations. We assess compliance with our management system in our projects through internal reviews. The observations, feedback and development proposals from these reviews form one of the foundations for improving the SRV Model.
In our projects, we use a modern digital quality assurance tool that enables effective quality control and documentation throughout the construction process. The tool supports both our own personnel and our partners in delivering each project transparently to the agreed quality targets.
Our management system is certified in accordance with the following standards:
- Quality: ISO 9001:2015
- Environment: ISO 14001:2015
- Occupational health and safety: ISO 45001:2018
SRV also holds the qualifications granted by the Construction Quality Association RALA for delivering a wide range of project types and contract models.
