Social responsibility and our own personnel

For our own personnel, social responsibility is closely linked to wellbeing at work and, through this, to minimising staff turnover. A positive working atmosphere and high-quality leadership are essential to employee wellbeing, supported by active occupational health and safety work.

We also aim to provide diverse career paths for professionals from different backgrounds.

Our goal is to be the most attractive employer in the sector

Employees are offered opportunities to continuously develop their skills. We want to encourage young people to join the construction sector and offer them a wide range of summer jobs and internships each year. In 2025, SRV had a total of 60 trainees across Finland.
