Ready and potential plot solutions
SRV has already identified plots suitable for data centres. The plots are located in strategically important areas where infrastructure, electricity availability, and cooling solutions support efficient and sustainable data centre operations.
1. DC Pressi in Vantaa
It is possible to build a data centre with an IT power of 28 MW (total power 40 MW) in Vantaa, a small industrial area.

2. DC MORE in Hämeenlinna
A data centre with a total capacity of 100 MW can be built in the MORE business area in Hämeenlinna. The area is located next to a new motorway junction and is part of the larger MORE industrial cluster. MORE is designed to promote carbon neutrality and energy self-sufficiency, making it an ideal location for data centre operations.

Our active data center projects
We are delivering a DayOne data center in Lahti
SRV and Singapore-based DayOne have agreed on the construction of a data center in Lahti. The facility is scheduled to become operational in 2027.
