Ready and potential plot solutions
SRV has already identified plots suitable for data centers. The plots are located in strategically important areas where infrastructure, electricity availability, and cooling solutions support efficient and sustainable data center operations.
1. DC Press in Vantaa
It is possible to build a data center with an IT power of 28 MW (total power 40 MW) in Vantaa, a small industrial area.

2. DC MORE in the Industrial Park MORE in Hämeenlinna
A data center with a total capacity of 100 MW can be built in the MORE business area in Hämeenlinna. The area is located next to a new motorway junction and is part of the larger MORE industrial cluster. MORE is designed to promote carbon neutrality and energy self-sufficiency, making it an ideal location for data center operations.

SRV joins the development phase of the LUMI AI Factory data centre
SRV and CSC – IT Center for Science Ltd have signed an agreement to initiate the development phase of the LUMI AI Factory data centre project. If realized, the new data centre will be located in the Renforsin Ranta area in Kajaani, where CSC already operates the liquid-cooled LUMI supercomputer. Operations are expected to begin in spring 2027.
