Our offer to construction students
With us, you can get involved in diverse projects across Finland, and our trainees work in almost every area of our business. We offer opportunities in fields such as building services engineering, renovation and new construction, as well as in roles that support them.
Our trainees are higher education students in construction or in other fields relevant to the role, such as business students working in finance.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer general summer jobs for students in other fields or for upper secondary level students.
Collaboration with educational institutions and higher education theses
We work actively with higher education institutions on construction-related teaching.
If you have ideas or needs for collaboration, please get in touch with us.
We also work closely with construction students' subject associations and guilds.
Our activities include site visits, expert events and attending career fairs.

We want to support research in the construction industry, and we offer thesis topics to trainees who already work with us.
Our trainees have researched topics such as the logistics process in construction production and work planning in high-rise construction.
