2. Prize Draw and Prize
The winner of the prize draw will receive Taste of Finland Kit as the prize.
The winner will be drawn after the Datacloud Global Congress event held on 2–4 June 2026. The winner will be notified personally via the email address provided in connection with the prize draw entry. If the winner cannot be reached within two weeks of the notification, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.
If the new winner cannot be reached within two weeks of the notification, the prize will no longer be awarded and no further winner will be drawn. The organizer is not responsible for failure to deliver the prize if the participant cannot be reached, has provided an incorrect email address, or if the contact details are unclear or incomplete.
The prize will be delivered by post to an address provided by the winner.
3. Eligibility
Participation in the prize draw requires answering the survey conducted by SRV at the Datacloud Global Congress event. The prize draw is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older.
Employees of SRV and its subsidiaries, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate.
4. Participation Period
The prize draw is open to participants who complete the survey between 2–4 June 2026.
5. Participation
Participation is only possible through the survey conducted at SRV’s stand during the Datacloud Global Congress event. Participants may complete the survey on-site or via the link displayed at the stand.
To enter the prize draw, participants must provide their contact details in the designated fields of the survey. The draw will be conducted among all eligible respondents. Each person may only participate once.
6. Liability of the Organizer
The organizer’s liability towards participants shall not exceed the total value of the prize specified in these official rules.
The organizer and the technical provider of the prize draw are not responsible for issues caused by third parties, such as problems with internet connections, firewalls or antivirus software used by participants, or any intentional or unintentional harmful actions by participants, nor for any damages resulting from such issues.
The organizer and the technical provider are also not responsible for any damage or viruses affecting participants’ computers or other property caused by the use of the website, logging into the website, or downloading any material, data, text, images, videos, or audio from the website.
By accepting the prize, the winner releases SRV, the prize draw partners, and their affiliates from any liability related to injury or damage arising from or allegedly caused by participation in this prize draw.
7. Processing of Personal Data
The information provided will be stored in SRV’s Business Customer, Partner and Decision-maker Register. The privacy policy can be found here.
Personal data provided in connection with participation in the prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
8. Amendments and Interpretation of the Rules
The organizer reserves the right to amend these rules. Any ambiguities regarding the application or interpretation of these rules shall be resolved by the organizer.
