SRV Group Plc to sell the entire shareholding of SRV Infra Ltd to Kreate Ltd
SRV Group Plc has agreed on 27 October 2025 to sell the entire shareholding of SRV Infra Ltd to Kreate Ltd. The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals, and the parties expect the transaction to be closed by the end of 2025. SRV Infra Ltd’s operations will continue as normal until the completion of the transaction.

As we work mainly with our own personnel, the responsibility for the quality of our work, our processes and safety also lies with us.
We continuously monitor accident frequency and invest in preventive measures, comprehensive safety observations and multi-level risk assessments. We report our safety level, accident frequency and indicators regularly, which allows us to manage our safety measures based on them.

Working with our own people and equipment
We carry out our work mainly with our own personnel and equipment. This gives us full control of every stage of the process. We know what is happening, where we stand and what needs to be done next.
Our equipment is renewed systematically, and all maintenance and repairs are managed by our own professionals at our in-house workshop. With our specialised machinery, we can efficiently handle even the most demanding projects that require specific expertise.
Our fleet runs on renewable fuel. We use renewable diesel in our machinery and were the first company in Finland’s infrastructure sector to start using lubricants made from recycled raw materials.

Infrastructure works for the Laakso Joint Hospital in Helsinki
We serve as the principal contractor in the alliance implementing the Laakso Joint Hospital project, one of Finland’s largest hospital projects. In addition to the hospital buildings, the project includes a significant amount of underground work and tunnel excavation.
