Collaborative contracting models gaining ground in industrial construction

Facilities designed in close cooperation with the client improve operational efficiency, save time and costs, and reduce the carbon footprint. In our industrial projects, we have seen excellent results with collaborative contracting, where client needs are integrated into the plans already during the early design stage. Together with the client, we develop the technical, implementation and project plans and coordinate the client’s systems. This enables us to innovate new solutions that help achieve the project’s objectives.

A successful example of this approach is the multi-purpose hall for Rauma Marine Constructions (RMC).
