We deliver new buildings for public developers tailored to their intended use and user needs, from hospitals and multipurpose buildings to shared campuses, schools and daycare centres.
For private developers and property investors, we provide solutions for commercial, office, logistics and industrial facilities, all designed according to the client’s objectives. We also carry out refurbishments that extend a building’s lifecycle.
In addition, we develop our own business-premises projects, combining design, construction and investor cooperation – often before construction even begins.
In residential construction, we carry out competitive and negotiated contracts for both private and public housing developers. We also implement projects developed by SRV for property investors, as well as owner-developer projects where we design, build and sell homes directly to consumers or small investors.
We deliver demanding infrastructure and foundation construction solutions for water management facilities, power and heating plants, wastewater treatment plants, parking areas, shelters and mobility infrastructure, either as the main contractor or subcontractor.
