Life cycle thinking is our answer to the biggest questions of the future. We continuously strive to reduce emissions and carbon footprint of buildings through sustainable construction. Our buildings are environmentally certified and energy-efficient, producing clean energy through technologies such as geothermal heating and solar panels.

We build all our data centers to be carbon neutral, in line with the taxonomy and to meet the EU's planned energy efficiency requirements.

• We use geothermal heating for heating the building and roof-mounted solar panels for electricity generation.
• All waste heat from operations is captured and recycled by the local energy company.

Design and project management

Each data center project has a dedicated, tailor-made, collaborative team. The site is designed together with the client and we can also apply for a site for the data center if required. Our project management is transparent and we make extensive use of data and our experience in demanding projects.

Construction

We build all data centers according to a taxonomy. For each site, we select contractors with previous experience in building data centers and classified facilities. In addition, reliable supplier and subcontractor partnerships and established practices ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Diverse technological expertise

Data center technology is a demanding discipline and therefore needs specialists like us at every stage. During the design phase, we ensure that the project delivers a workable and coordinated plan. Our experts are also responsible for categorisation and building services procurement.

In the implementation phase, our experts ensure that the building's heating, water, air, electrical systems and building automation are implemented as planned and that the plans are energy efficient.

Life cycle services

The energy used in our data centers is produced self-sufficiently and from renewable energy sources. It is also recycled for further use. Energy use and building services are intelligently controlled and optimised. We take care of the energy efficiency, reliability, technical maintenance and servicing of the building throughout its life cycle.
