SRV built the Fazer Experience visitor and conference centre in Vantaa, where glass, steel and wood come together to create a striking whole. Completed in 2016, the experiential building was awarded Steel Structure of the Year.
The visitor centre hosts popular exhibition tours and offers experiences that engage all the senses.
Completed in 2016, the building incorporated an exceptional number of new and unique solutions. SRV took on the challenging project with confidence, something that was also recognised by Janne Toivanen, Fazer's project manager for the project:

The circular building required demanding expertise in steel and glass structures. It has glass walls and a structural frame based on steel beams and trusses. The curved timber slat ceiling and undulating glass façade of the premises make an impression on visitors. A similar glass wall has also been used in the conference centre.
The architecturally striking visitor and conference centre was awarded Steel Structure of the Year 2016.
