Induction
On SRV's construction sites, work is carried out together smoothly and safely. Contractors are expected to follow the client's instructions and site rules when organising their work, so that daily site operations run as well as possible for everyone. Everyone working on site must also attend the scheduled safety briefings and occupational safety inductions, so that a safe working environment can be ensured for all.

Together, we make sure the site is safe for everyone. Contractors must ensure that their own personnel and subcontractors address any occupational safety shortcomings immediately when they are identified. All observations must also be reported without delay.
All hazardous situations and near misses must be reported so that lessons can be learned from them together. All safety observations, development ideas and positive feedback are welcome in SRV Turva.

Ethics channel

Reference requests from partners
SRV grants permission for reference use on a case-by-case basis. Permission is mainly granted to partners in a direct contractual relationship with SRV, with whom SRV has an established, long-term collaboration that complies with SRV's ethical guidelines.
SRV or SRV's construction projects may not be used as references without a separate reference agreement. As a rule, references are granted only after the project has been completed. To use SRV's name, logo or a project as a reference in your company's communications or marketing, please complete the application.
