Supply chain sustainability
SRV's operations are characterised by customer focus, a service-minded approach, responsibility and bold renewal. SRV only accepts partners that share the same values, operate innovatively and systematically seek to reduce total costs.
SRV continuously develops its operations together with its partners and actively seeks new operators in global markets to improve competitiveness.
Become an SRV partner
SRV is always looking for skilled and responsible contractors and material suppliers who share its values and ways of working.
If you would like to work with SRV, register your company in SRV's electronic Supplier Register.

Induction
On SRV's construction sites, work is carried out together smoothly and safely. Contractors are expected to follow the client's instructions and site rules when organising their work, so that daily site operations run as well as possible for everyone. Everyone working on site must also attend the scheduled safety briefings and occupational safety inductions, so that a safe working environment can be ensured for all.
Coming to work on an SRV site? Please complete both the general and the site-specific induction before arrival.

How does SRV work with its partners?
SRV's operations are guided by the SRV Supplier Code of Conduct, under which SRV works only with reputable and reliable partners.
Before and during cooperation, SRV ensures that its partners operate responsibly. This helps prevent issues such as the grey economy, money laundering and labour exploitation. SRV also complies with international sanctions legislation.
KYC questionnaire as part of cooperation
All partners must complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) sustainability questionnaire before a contract or order is placed. The information is updated as needed, and at least once a year.
If a company employs people with limited language skills or limited knowledge of Finnish working life, a separate report is also required before work begins.
Clear rules for suppliers
In supplier management, SRV uses its procurement model and the Verkostorekisteri network register. Working as a light entrepreneur without a Finnish Business ID is not permitted, and restrictions apply to subcontracting chains.
SRV supports its partners in responsible practices through training, guidance and audits. Audits are above all a shared dialogue and an opportunity for both parties to develop their operations.
Monitoring and requirements
SRV actively monitors compliance with its guidelines. The contract programme defines the sustainability indicators that partners are required to report on. Where necessary, SRV requests additional information or carries out audits.
If a partner's activities violate SRV's ethical guidelines or the law, SRV may terminate the contract with immediate effect and recover any costs incurred. Violations may also lead to legal consequences.
Raise concerns with a low threshold
SRV aims to operate openly and transparently. SRV's ethics channel (whistleblowing) can be used to report suspected misconduct confidentially. The channel is maintained by an external provider, BDO Oy. Reports can also be made through SRV Turva.
Requirements on construction sites
Contractors must familiarise themselves with the developer's occupational safety documents, follow the instructions given and complete the required inductions before arriving on site. Contractors are responsible for the quality, competence and safety of their own work and that of their subcontractors. They must also ensure that any shortcomings identified are corrected and reported without delay.
All hazardous situations and near misses must be reported through SRV Safety (Turva). Contractors must ensure that all workers have completed the site induction, can be identified by a photo ID card and are registered in the tax number register. Workers must also hold a valid Occupational Safety Card and the required qualifications.
