SRV Supplier Code of Conduct
SRV's Supplier Code of Conduct create a sustainable foundation for all activities. By operating responsibly, SRV ensures that it continues to be recognised as a sought-after and reliable partner among its customers, subcontractors and other partners. SRV's operations are guided by its values and ethical guidelines.
The Code of Conduct define the principles according to which decisions are made and actions taken at SRV in all situations. The obligation to comply with the ethical guidelines applies to all SRV companies, members of the Board of Directors, management and employees, regardless of position. SRV also requires third parties, such as subcontractors and other partners, to commit to SRV Supplier Code of Conduct. This commitment is primarily implemented by including SRV's Supplier Code of Conduct in the contract programme.
Ethics channel
SRV has a confidential ethics channel through which SRV's employees and stakeholders can report cases where laws, SRV's values or its ethical guidelines may have been violated. Reports can be made either by name or anonymously. SRV's ethics channel is operated and managed by an independent service provider. SRV's Compliance team supports the fulfilment of compliance requirements through its work.

Occupational health and safety
SRV protects its workforce and everyone affected by its work, and works systematically to achieve its targets. SRV is a member of the Zero Accident Forum of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health and is committed to the Zero accident vision.
