Application for the use of SRV’s name, logo, or project as a reference in a company’s communications or marketing.
We focus reference visibility on our partners who have a direct contractual relationship with us and with whom we have an established, long-term collaboration that follows SRV’s Code of Conduct.
SRV’s name, logo, or project names may not be used as references without a separate reference agreement.
We monitor the use of SRV’s name, logo, and project names, and grant permissions for reference use in a limited and case-by-case manner, based on careful consideration. As a general rule, references are granted only after the project has been completed.
Reference requests are processed centrally, and applicants will be notified of the decision by email.
A reference is always granted for a specific, defined purpose. We do not provide general references regarding cooperation with SRV.
How to proceed with the application?
In the reference application, please specify the relevant SRV project, the type of reference requested, and the communication channel where the reference will be published.
The final material intended for publication must be submitted for approval to SRV Communications at: viestinta@srv.fi
The reference permission is valid for three (3) years from the date it is granted.
