Horisontti takes office working to new heights in the heart of Kalasatama. Built by SRV, Finland’s first office skyscraper offers bright, adaptable, LEED Platinum-certified business premises next to the REDI shopping centre.
Horisontti is Finland’s first office skyscraper and the fifth tower building in Helsinki’s Kalasatama district. Located above the north-west corner of the REDI shopping centre, the 26-storey building was completed in spring 2025. Rising to a height of 111 metres, Horisontti offers impressive views in every direction, including towards central Helsinki and out to sea.

SRV also moved its own head office to Horisontti after the building was completed. The new premises support both focused individual work and collaboration

Horisontti was designed to be highly energy efficient, with sustainability considered throughout the building. Smart building technology, including adjustable ventilation, heating and cooling, helps maintain comfortable conditions throughout the year.
Smart lighting adjusts according to occupancy and the amount of daylight, reducing energy consumption and supporting sustainability throughout the building’s lifecycle.
The business premises in Horisontti, owned by real estate investment company Niam, have achieved LEED Platinum, the highest level of LEED environmental certification.
