Facilities designed in close cooperation with the client can improve operational efficiency, save time and costs, and reduce the carbon footprint. We deliver industrial construction projects using project management contracting, design and build models and collaborative contracting. SRV has extensive experience in collaborative industrial projects, where the client’s needs can be incorporated into the plans from the early design stage. Together with the client, we develop the technical, implementation and project plans and coordinate the client’s own systems with the building and its technical systems. This also allows us to develop solutions that support the client’s objectives.

A successful example of this approach is the multipurpose shipbuilding hall for Rauma Marine Constructions (RMC).
