High-quality homes were built in the new Kuloistenniitty residential area in Raisio. SRV constructed two six-storey right-of-occupancy buildings for Vaso, with energy class A homes close to nature, services and good transport connections.
SRV constructed a right-of-occupancy housing development for Varsinais-Suomen Asumisoikeus Oy (Vaso) in Kuloistenniitty, Raisio. The project comprised two six-storey apartment buildings, Kultasiipi A and B, with a total of 74 right-of-occupancy apartments.
We delivered the project as a turnkey contract, including both design and construction. Construction began in early 2025, and the buildings were completed in summer 2026 at Perhosenkatu 3 and 5.
In addition to comfortable living, energy efficiency was a key consideration in the design of Kultasiipi. Both apartment buildings are in energy class A, and residents have access to electric vehicle charging.
Kuloistenniitty is a new and developing residential area on the border of Raisio and Turku. The location provides an excellent setting for new right-of-occupancy homes, with comprehensive public transport connections and everyday services nearby.
“Vaso sees the right-of-occupancy developments in Kuloistenniitty as an excellent opportunity to offer our residents new, high-quality and easily accessible homes. Kuloistenniitty’s convenient public transport connections, outdoor recreation areas starting right at the doorstep, two large shopping centres nearby and the area’s developing services are well suited to meeting our residents’ housing needs,” says Anton Meriluoto, CEO of Vaso.
