SRV handed over the 52-apartment residential building to a residential property fund managed by eQ as a zero-defect handover, reflecting the high quality of the construction. The lifecycle-smart building has an A energy efficiency rating, and part of the property’s electricity needs are covered by solar panels. The housing company’s parking spaces offer electric vehicle charging.
Hippoksenkatu 44 is heated with geothermal energy, which is also used to provide apartment-specific underfloor heating and cooling, improving living comfort all year round. In addition, low-emission materials have been used in the property’s interiors to ensure cleaner indoor air.
