We delivered the 11,500-gross-square-metre Lumijälki 2 logistics centre in Ylästö, Vantaa. Located along excellent transport connections, the property brings warehouse, production and office spaces together under one roof.
The self-developed logistics centre was delivered as a design-build project. The premises were designed to meet the needs of three different users, with particular attention paid to efficient goods flows, functional yard areas and the integration of different operations.
Located in Ylästö, Vantaa, close to Ring Road III and Helsinki Airport, the property offers excellent connections to the Helsinki metropolitan area and key transport routes.
A lifecycle-wise logistics centre
Environmental efficiency and the City of Vantaa’s resource-wise objectives were also taken into account in the design and construction of the property.
The building was designed in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM environmental certification system, guiding the implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
