SRV Group Plc’s Annual Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report 2022 published
SRV Group Plc’s Annual Report 2022 has been published today on 1 March 2023 on www.srv.fi/en/investors.
SRV’s Annual Report 2022 contains the Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report, sustainability appendix and GRI Report. In its 2022 Annual Report, SRV will be reporting on sustainability in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework. We have also taken the international Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) into account when reporting on climate risks, and have included the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in our reporting. The Annual Report has been published in both Finnish and English.
The complete Annual Report is attached to this release as a PDF file. In addition, SRV Group Plc publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML). The consolidated Financial Statements and the notes to the consolidated Financial Statements have been labelled with XBRL tags and the ESEF Financial Statements have been assured by the auditor.
