Visio is part of the eight-tower cluster built by SRV in Kalasatama, Helsinki, and rises prominently to 98 metres above sea level. Its 24 floors include 240 rental homes and facilities for a daycare centre, located at the same level as the rooftop courtyard above the REDI shopping centre.
On the 22nd floor, residents have access to shared spaces such as a sauna and a scenic terrace. The tower provides effortless access to the services of the REDI shopping centre, and public transport connections are excellent, with Kalasatama metro station located on REDI’s third floor. The building’s energy efficiency has been enhanced with high-quality heat recovery from exhaust air and wastewater, enabling Visio to achieve an A-class energy rating and a BREEAM Very Good classification.
Visio stands on the south-western corner of REDI, offering views south and west towards Helsinki’s city centre and across Kalasatama and the coastline. The total lettable area is approximately 10,000 m², including the daycare facilities. Construction began in January 2022, with the tower completed at the end of 2023.
