Nova Complex locates operations in Finland to the top of the Horisontti Office Skyscraper in Kalasatama
Global digital infrastructure developer Nova Complex is locating its operations in Finland to the Kalasatama Horisontti. The company will lease the entire top floor; 26th floor, of the 111-meter-high Horisontti, Finland's first office skyscraper. The company will start using the new premises immediately.
Nova Complex is a Singapore-based digital infrastructure developer which integrates energy, land, data centers and networks to create a green, sustainable, and cost-efficient next generation computing model tailored to customers' business and expansion needs. The company is currently exploring opportunities in developing sustainable energy and next-generation computing cloud in Nordic.

Horisontti’s sustainable premises LEED certified
Horisontti’s sustainable business premises has been awarded the international LEED Platinum certificate. Horisontti is designed to be energy-efficient and adaptable – the design emphasizes a high-quality employee experience and top-notch conditions. Adjustable ventilation, heating, and cooling ensure pleasant conditions year-round, and indoor air quality is monitored with smart sensors. Comprehensive sustainability data, such as consumption monitoring and carbon footprint calculation, is provided to user companies for sustainability reporting.
Over half leased - premises on the upper floors still available
Over half of Horisontti´s premises are now leased. Available office space can still be found on the upper floors. The construction of the new conference and event center on the 25th floor is currently also on the way. The conference center will open in November, offering high-quality conference space with impressive views. The spaces are suitable for meetings, training sessions, product launches, and even family celebrations.
