The sale of SRV’s share in Fennovoima to RAOS Voima Oy will not be realised
The completion of the set of agreements signed on February 4, 2022 between SRV and RAOS Voima Oy, which would have led to SRV’s exit from its ownership in Fennovoima will not be realised.
The completion of the contractual arrangement mentioned in the investor news of February 4, 2022 was subject to approval by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Obtaining of the approval and completion of the set of agreements are not possible any more due to, among other things, the Government decision of June 9, 2022 to expire the process of construction licence application for the Hanhikivi 1 nuclear power plant and other major changes occurred in the Hanhikivi 1 project.
