Pressi Smart Premises is a modern business premises complex located in Vantaankoski, where energy efficiency, life-cycle-wise solutions and an excellent location support companies’ everyday operations.
SRV implemented the Pressi Smart Premises complex in Vantaankoski. The energy-efficient and life-cycle-wise office building is located in an excellent logistical location along the Vantaankoski railway station, Ring III and Hämeenlinnanväylä, close to Helsinki Airport.
Pressi Smart Premises consists of three five-storey office buildings. The first two buildings in the complex have been sold to the real estate investment company Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj. The first building, Building C, was completed in 2019, and Building B in 2022. Building A is in the planning phase.
Energy efficiency, adaptability and life-cycle-wise solutions are emphasised in Pressi’s design and building services technology. The property uses energy-saving innovations, such as a geothermal heating system tailored into an energy field.
The premises are suitable for a wide range of working needs and can be used as a multi-space office as well as for small-scale production, storage or logistics operations.
