SRV has completed the sale of SRV Infra Ltd
SRV has today completed the sale of SRV Infra Ltd to Kreate Ltd. The transaction was announced on 27 October 2025. Completion of the transaction required, among other things, approval from the competition authority, which was granted on 27 November 2025. The enterprise value of the transaction is approximately EUR 30 million, and the purchase price will be paid in cash. The transaction will result in a sales gain of over EUR 20 million. The transaction will not affect SRV’s operational operating profit for 2025.
The sale of the infrastructure business accelerates SRV’s strategy, where the company focuses on growing developed and developer-contracted housing and non-residential construction, as well as reinforcing building construction contracting.
“The sale of the infrastructure business is part of the measures SRV is taking to strengthen its balance sheet and liquidity. The sale of the company, together with the hybrid bond issuance completed on 1 December 2025, ensures that SRV has sufficient financing capacity to fund the growth of developed and developer-contracted production in line with its strategy over the coming years,” says SRV’s CEO Saku Sipola.
