SRV regularly updates the Corporate Governance section of its website to ensure that the information presented is as up-to-date as possible. Most updates are made in conjunction with the publication of financial statements and the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting. If the information presented in the annual Corporate Governance Statement changes materially from an investor’s perspective, the information will also be updated on the Company’s website. Information about remuneration for executives is based on the previous financial year.
