SRV Group had revenues of EUR 385 million in 2009. During the financial year 2009, approximately 94 percent of SRV’s net sales were generated in Finland, while Russia and the Baltic States accounted for about 6 percent. The company has approximately 776 employees.

Business areas

SRV’s operations are divided into three business areas:

		Business Premises is specialized in the building of commercial premises, offices and logistics centres, as well as the construction of underground infrastructure in Finland.				International business area operates as a project management contractor and developer of property projects in Russia and the Baltic States.

		Housing and Regional business area implements apartment house projects in city centres and low-rise residential area projects as well as regional operations in Finland.				Project Development Unit originates new projects for the operational business areas. The unit's task is to be a centre of innovation and develop large-scale, long-term projects and provide support to the operational business areas.
