VALTTERI PALIN APPOINTED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION OF SRV 
GROUP PLC                                                                       

Valtteri Palin, (35), M.Sc.(Econ.), has been appointed Senior Vice President,   
Financial Administration, and member of the Corporate Management Team of SRV    
Group Plc as from 1 August 2008, when the current Senior Vice President,        
Financial Administration, Anu Hämäläinen moves to another position outside the  
company.                                                                        

Mr Palin has acted as business controller for SRV Business Premises business    
unit since 2005. In his new position, he will report to Senior Executive Vice   
President and CFO Hannu Linnoinen.
