SRV and Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Helsingin Musiikkitalo have signed a contract for
the construction of the Helsinki Music Centre. The contract is valued at EUR
90.5 million.
The total cost of the Helsinki Music Centre is estimated at EUR 140 million.
Construction works will begin this autumn. The Music Centre is scheduled to be
completed at the end of April 2011.

building in the capital city centre. The implementation method chosen for the
project - the open project management model - enables cost-effective
construction and employment of hundreds of subcontractors. The current
construction business environment also facilitates efficient completion of the
