SRV initiates legal proceedings against Auroratalo Oy and HDL-Talot Oy

SRV Rakennus Oy has initiated legal proceedings against Auroratalo Oy and HDL-Talot Oy. The dispute between the parties concerns construction costs as well as Auroratalo Oy’s and HDL-Talot Oy’s payment obligation as a client in a project management contract performed by SRV Rakennus Oy. The dispute is based on a renovation and new construction contract of the Auroratalo building, which is owned by the clients. Both Auroratalo Oy and HDL-Talot Oy belong to the Helsinki Deaconess Institute Foundation Group.

The value of the dispute, including value-added tax, is approximately EUR 4.4 million.
