SRV Group Plc has received a disclosure in accordance with Chapter 2 Section 9
of the Securities Market Act announcing that yesterday on 16 March 2010,Nordea
Bank AB (publ) (Swedish register number 516406-0120)has sold to Nordea Pankki
Suomi Oyj (1680235-8) all 1,909,483 SRV Group Plc's shares owned by them,
therefore the portion of share capital and voting rights of Nordea Bank AB
(publ.)in SRV Group Plc has decreased below 1/20. Nordea Pankki Suomi Oy owns
now 1,909,483 SRV Group Plc's shares and its portion of share capital and voting
rights is 5.19% exceeding 1/20.
Nordea Bank Suomi Oyj has sold to Nordea Bank Ab (publ) futures contracts
(1.909.483 shares)concerning SRV Group Plc's shares. When the contracts mature
on 16 May 2010 the portion of Nordea Bank AB (publ.) will exceed 1/20 and the
portion of Nordea Pankki Oyj will decrease below 1/20.
On 5 January 2010, Nordea Bank AB (publ) made an equity swap with SRV Group Plc
for the same amount of shares. According to the agreement the shares will be
sold when the agreement matures in July 2010.
Nordea Life and Pensions S.A. (domicile in Luxemburg, register number P35996)
belonging to Nordea Group owns 32,508 SRV Group Plc's shares, which equals
0.088% of the total number of share capital and voting rights.
The total ownership of Nordea Group in SRV Group Plc is 5.28% at the moment, but
in July 2010 it will decrease below 1/20 due to what is said above.
