SRV Group Plc has today entered into a 100 million syndicated revolving credit
facility. The facility is a committed credit line for general corporate
purposes. The facility is a 5-year arrangement with a 2-year extension option.
The Mandated Lead Arranger and Agent for the transaction/or for the facility is
OKO Bank plc and other Arrangers are Aktia Savings Bank Plc,Sampo Bank Plc,
Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ), Branch Operation in Finland and Nordea Bank
Finland Plc.
