SRV Group Plc's Board of Directors held its organisational meeting on 14 April
2008 in Helsinki. Lasse Kurkilahti was elected as vice chairman of the Board.
Matti Mustaniemi was elected as chairman and Markku Sarkamies as member of the
Audit Committee. Ilpo Kokkila was elected as chairman and Jukka Hienonen and
Lasse Kurkilahti as members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
