SRV Group Plc's Board of Directors held its organisational meeting on 24 March
2009. Lasse Kurkilahti was elected as vice chairman of the Board. Matti
Mustaniemi was elected as chairman and Lasse Kurkilahti as member of the Audit
Committee. Ilpo Kokkila was elected as chairman and Jukka Hienonen and Hannu
Leinonen as members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
