Jukka Hienonen M.Sc.(Econ.), 48, has been appointed SRV Group Plc's new CEO. He
will join SRV on 1st August 2010.
Jukka Hienonen will continue in his present post as President and CEO of Finnair
until the end of January 2010. Before this post he has worked as Executive Vice
President and Director of Foreign Operations of Stockmann Plc, among others.
“I have been a member of the Board of Directors of SRV for two years. During
this time I have got a solid and positive understanding of the know-how,
entrepreneurship and innovative way of thinking of SRV's expert organization. I
think that SRV's possibilities in Russia are exceptionally encouraging, and this
is the part of the job where I believe I have most to give”, says Jukka
Hienonen.
“Through his experience in the Board of Directors, Jukka Hienonen knows SRV
well. I have known him personally for years, and I am truly satisfied that we
got a CEO for SRV who fits the post perfectly, especially in the company's

Hannu Linnoinen, Senior Executive Vice President and CFO, will continue as CEO
in addition to his own tasks until Hienonen starts.
