Auditors

The auditor is elected at the Annual General Meeting for a term of office that ends at the close of the next Annual General Meeting following the auditor’s election. In a public limited company, at least one auditor elected by the Annual General Meeting must be an authorised public accountant or an authorised public accounting firm.

The Annual General Meeting was held 27 March 2023.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, a firm of authorised public accountants, was elected as auditor of the company for the term until the close of the Annual General Meeting of 2024. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has notified that Markku Katajisto, authorised public accountant, will act as the responsible auditor.
