We provide an end-to-end project management service for your construction project’s design and planning phase. We calculate the carbon footprint for your property, perform an energy analysis and simulation, and make a long-term maintenance plan. We agree on shared targets for energy consumption and indoor climate conditions with you. Our role is to ensure that your building is built or renovated in accordance with these targets. Energy costs account for about 40 per cent of a building’s operational costs. When a building is designed with a lifecycle approach from the outset, one can achieve considerable energy efficiency and cost savings in both use and maintenance.
