SRV Regional Business provides end-to-end service in line with the SRV model, nationwide. Regional Business unites SRV’s robust expertise in project management and development with the market savvy and networks of its local companies. SRV’s goal is profitable growth in housing and regional services. SRV’s own housing production will increase in the capital region and in the growth centres.

Geographically, the housing projects are concentrated within the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and other growth regions in Finland. SRV has six companies operating in the growth centres: SRV Pirkanmaa and Pirkanmaan Projektitoimi, which operate in Tampere and its close-by areas, SRV Keski-Suomi(Jyväskylä), SRV Lounais-Suomi (Turku), Rakennusliike Purmonen (Joensuu), SRV Pohjois-Suomi (Oulu) and SRV Kaakkois-Suomi (Lappeenranta).

The local companies implement housing, commercial, business premise and industrial construction projects – their end clients are both public and private sector players. Thanks to the Group’s support, the local companies can carry out projects on a large scale. As housing builders, they are major developer contractors – they purchase plots and establish housing corporations.
