Auditors

 
According to the Articles of Association the company shall have one ordinary auditor and one deputy auditor. Should an audit firm authorised by the Central Chamber of Commerce be elected as ordinary auditor, no deputy auditor needs to be elected. The term of office of the auditor shall end at the end of the first General Meeting of Shareholders following the election.

The company’s auditor is Ernst & Young Oy, a firm of authorised public accountants, with Mikko Rytilahti, Authorised Public Accountant, as the principal responsible auditor.

In 2011, the auditors were paid auditing fees of 245,000 euros. In addition, the auditors were paid 74,000 euros for other services (including all the companies belonging to the same group or chain).
