Park Inn Ekaterinburg

The first Park Inn Hotel in Russia was opened in Ekaterinburg in March, 2006. SRV's subsidiary, SRV Russia Oy, was in charge of the development and implementation of the hotel project on a turnkey basis. SRV acquired the lot for the hotel site, arranged the financing for the building period, acted as project manager and was responsible for the construction of the hotel and all the infrastructure. The planning work was carried out in close cooperation with Rezidor SAS and local designers. SRV's mandate also included completely equipping and furnishing the hotel. Local contractors carried out the structural engineering work under SRV's supervision.

The total area of the building measures 9,200 m². The hotel comprises 160 standard- and business-class rooms. There is free-of-charge wireless broadband access throughout the premises. The ground floor has two conference rooms for a total of 50 persons, a 40-seat restaurant and a lobby bar. The Park Inn chain's signature colours of yellow, red, blue and green are in vibrant evidence in the hotel rooms' interior decoration scheme.

The Park Inn Hotel is located in the centre of Ekaterinburg , close to the city's business centre and tourist attractions. Yekaterinburg is the fifth largest city in Russia, with 1.3 million inhabitants. It lies about 1,600 kilometres east of Moscow, just to the south of the Ural mountain range.
