Osten Tor - block of flats in Tallinn

Construction works on the site of the housing development project Osten Tor started in Tallinn in July 2004, and the first residents moved into the house in February 2006.

Office Building Etmia I in Moscow

The office building Etmia I is situated in the central area of Moscow at Schepkina Street 29. The development and construction of the office building was the first stage of the SRV's developer contracting project in cooperation with its local partner.

Viru Centre in Tallinn

Viru Centre is a modern shopping and leisure centre in the heart of Tallinn, offering a wide range of services to its visitors. The real estate complex consists of the shopping centre, the completely automatized underground bus terminal, the in-door car park, Sokos Hotel Viru, conference centre, culture building, apartments and reconstructed Viru Square.

Sokos Hotel Viru, Tallinn

Sokos Viru Hotel is nowadays a part of Viru Centre in Tallinn. SRV bought Hotel Viru in 1994 with its 16,600 m2 plot, and developed and renovated the hotel property by stages in 1996 - 2004. The hotel was also extended in 2004 by a new building with 93 business class rooms.

P-City underground car park

SRV executed the underground parking facility, P-City, as a developer contracting project. The car park offers parking for 500 cars on two levels.
