The purpose of SRV Group's investor relations function is to support the correct valuation of the company's share by providing accurate and sufficient information on the company and its business operations.
The key principles of our investor relations are
- openess, transparency and proactivity
- consistency and correct timing and
- fairness.
SRV Group publishes three interim reports and a full year report. We publish without undue delay all such decisions and circumstances concerning the company and its activities that may affect materially the value of the company's listed securities. We meet and discuss with capital market representatives regularly.
