Viipurin Little Finland, talo M1

In the idyllic seaside district of Vyborg, which is at the same time very close to the centre of the city, SRV is building a residential area Little Finland. There will be built seven blocks of flats, two terraced houses with four apartments in each, two semi-detached houses and four detached houses, altogether about 300 apartments.
 
Little Finland housing will be built and sold with the framework completed, but without surface finishing as well as without fixtures and fittings. Should the buyer wish so, SRV will accomplish all the finishing works in the apartment and even provide the interior design services under a separate agreement.

Construction of the first eight-storey block (M1) with its 38 flats is completed.
