Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya, St. Petersburg

The first contract, won by SRV in June 2007, comprised the renovation of the hotel rooms and passages. It was a turnkey project which covered planning, demolition, construction works as well as furniture and equipment delivery and installation. SRV carried out the reconstruction as a project management contractor.
 
There are 1200 hotel rooms in the hotel and 700 rooms of them were under renovation. The renovation started after the tourist season was over, in October 2007. The hotel was open for service over the whole period of reconstruction works and the rooms were put into use as soon as they became available. This phase has been completed at the end of April 2008.
 
In June 2008 SRV has signed a contract for refurbishment of public premises of Park Inn Hotel Pribaltiyskaya. Works start in October 2008 and continue until autumn 2009 without summer season break. The scope of the contract is 9,000 m2 in total and includes premises on ground floor and the first floor, of which the conference center comprises about 7,000 m2. Existing restaurant premises on ground floor and bar on the first floor will be renovated, as well as all existing conference and negotiation facilities will be renovated and centred on the first floor.
 
Holiday Inn Pribaltiyskaya is located on Vasilyevsky Island in the immediate vicinity of the largest exhibition centre of St. Petersburg - Lenexpo, where the extension works (4,100 m2) were also carried out by SRV International. This extension project included design and construction and was completed on a very tight schedule, from mid-January to May 2007.
