Kesko Agro business and commercial centres

SRV has wide experience in development and construction of retail and commercial centres. In Latvia alone, for instance, and only for one of our customers - the Finnish Kesko Corporation, SRV has built 14 supermarkets, two hypermarkets K-Rauta and two retail and service centres Kesko Agro.

Kesko Agro Latvija Riga Administration and Kesko Machinery Customer Service Centre in Riga, Latvia

In April 2007 the opening ceremony of the new Kesko Agro Latvija Riga Administration and Kesko Machinery Customer Service Centre took place in Riga. Several weeks before, the General Contractor of the project, SRV Terbelat, handed over the completed building to its client, Kesko Agro Latvija, which is a subsidiary of the Kesko Corporation (Finland) and the major agricultural, animal-raising, construction, forestry, communal machinery trading company in Latvia.

Construction of the new centre started in July 2006 and after eight months, in February 2007 the building was completed. Gross area is 5,350 m², total volume 42,000 m³. The new complex consists of modern office building, Kesko Machinery equipment and spare parts store and warehouse, as well as customer machinery service. The parking area provides space for more than 100 cars.

Kesko Agro Latvija Agricultural Trade and Service Centre in Jelgava, Latvia

In May 2007 a new Kesko Agro Latvija customer service centre was opened in Jelgava. The General Contactor of this project was also SRV Terbelat.

The project was implemented in nine months, from August 2006 till April 2007. Gross area 3,900 m², total volume 31,000 m^3.

Both of these centres are nowadays the largest and the most advanced in the whole Baltics.

Kesko Agro Trade centre in Kaunas, Lithuania

In 2004 SRV Terbelat built for Kesko Agro a trade centre in Kaunas, Lithuania. The project contained the construction of the wholesale store, warehouse and office facilities. Total area is 4,060 m².
