Logistics centres in the Baltic countries

SRV has a long experience in construction of logistics premises. Distribution centres and warehouses have been delivered in the Baltic countries and Russia for such companies as DHL, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Stora Enso, Onninen, Helvar Merca; MAP (M-Real), Kesko Agro, and others.

Beweship logistics centre, Latvia

In Latvia, in Marupe municipality, SRV has developed and built a new logistics centre for Oy Beweship Ab's local subsidiary Beweship Latvia SIA. The total area of the logistics centre is 10,000 m², including 9,000 m² of logistics premises and 1,000 m² of office space. The centre was completed at the end of 2007.
SRV has earlier built for Beweship the logistics centres in Vaalimaa and Vantaa, Finland.

HRX logistics centre, Latvia

Another logistics project of SRV in Latvia is construction of the logistics centre for HRX SIA, the Latvian subsidiary of HRX Ltd. The location of the centre is in Kekava, near Riga. The total area of a new logistics centre amounts to 3,500 m², including 3,000 m² of warehouse and terminal premises, and 500 m² of office premises. In addition, there has been made a reservation on the same lot of about 2,000 m² for the warehouse extension. SRV carried out the project as a project management contractor. The centre was completed in March 2008.  

Oriola office and logistics premises, Estonia

SRV has built in Saue the new office and logistics premises for Oriola-KD Group's Estonian subsidiary AS Oriola. The gross area of the project is 4,300 m², including 1,400 m² of office and 2,900 m² of logistics premises. The premises were put into use at the end of 2007.  

DHL Logistics Centre, Riga, Latvia

SRV built in Latvia, near the Riga airport a new distribution center for DHL. The distribution center followed on the Air Express Centre (1,200 m²) built by SRV for DHL in the area in 1998.
The scope of the first construction stage was 9,000 m², including 2,400 m² of office premises, 4,000 m² of high storage area, and the terminal 2,600 m². Construction works were completed in April 2006.

SLO Warehouse and Office, Riga, Latvia

Design and construction of the warehouse and office premises for SIA "SLO Latvia". The completion of the project was in summer 2006. The main contractor was SRV Terbelat.  

Onninen warehouse and office facilities, Riga, Latvia 

SRV developed and built for Onninen, which is a leading supplier of HEPAC materials in Finland, new central warehouse and office facilities in Riga, Latvia. The object was handed over to Onninen in April 2004.
 
SRV took care of the whole project starting from the land acquisition and financing arrangements to construction. The total area of construction project was 3,330 m².
